1836 Park Renovation
The concept renovation for 1836 park avenue focused on converting an historic church in the middle of Richmond’s Fan district into a flexible use office, content creation, education, and community use space to support and host a local small business and their client base. Our efforts strove to preserve the historic qualities of the space while enhancing the potential for access to natural light, circulation ease, and the feeling of collaboration.
