Lost Office - Rockett’s Landing Hulk Building

Study for a collaborative work space and flexible team-building educational environment and co-working space along the James River and Capital Trail. Our goal with this project is to revitalize an existing historic masonry and steel structural framework to be integrated into new construction assemblies that enhance and add character to the newly enclosed interior spaces supporting the project, imbuing the site with texture and historical context.
